Pam specializes in fitness assessments and programming for power, mobility and performance with athletes. Pam is a Golf Digest Top 50 Golf Fitness Professional uses results-based scientific protocols. She has certifications in nutrition coaching, Kinstretch, TPI, OnBaseU Pitching, OnBaseU Hitting and many mobility and performance.

Sue Donahoe
Sue has a BS in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She is certified in Stott Pilates Mat and Reformer and has been teaching Pilates for over 15 years. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Weight Management Counselor and Group Exercise Instructor by ACE, along with Spinning, Tabata and TRX. She has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years with clients of all fitness levels and ages. One of her passions is to help people develop healthy lifestyles with education of movement through Pilates.

Sarah Hannegan
Sarah is certified in Balanced Body Allegro Pilates reformer 2003 and Peak Pilates reformer training 2006. In addition, she is a certified group instructor for many classes such as AFAA, TRX, Spinning, P90X, Core de Force and Drum Fit. Sarah has been teaching group exercise and personal training over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge to help clients meet their fitness goals. She is IDEA Fitness & PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) member since 2004.

Johnny Reyes
Johnny is an American Council On Exercise Personal Trainer with a certification as an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. Johnny has served members at the club since August 2002 but has been a personal trainer since 1991. As a veteran trainer, Johnny develops programs with appropriate progressions to address muscle imbalance, injury mitigation, and improve movement, strength and endurance. Johnny works early mornings during weekdays.

Cathy connects with each member to provide a challenging and functional workout. Mixing it all up for a total body workout addresses strength, flexibility, cardio and functional movements. A veteran in the fitness industry, Cathy knows each client has unique goals for a healthier and active lifestyle. Cathy also trains TRX groups and teaches many group exercise formats.

Angie has a passion for understanding members’ goals and desires then creating their customized fitness plan. As a motivator, Angie educates and challenges you with fun and rewarding training sessions. Angie has worked with several populations in a group setting including senior adults, athletes and those new to exercise. She is knowledgeable on the importance of strengthening muscles for overall balance and how it affects the body. Education: Texas A&M University (BS-Kinesiology), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT), Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)

David moves into the Evening/Weekend Supervisor role as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. David loves all sports. As a former soccer player and Muay thai fighter, David now uses his experience and passion to privide the best of personal training. He has worked in sports performance and personal training at some of the best fitness facilities in France and in the USA. He has experience with juniors as well as adults. Originally from India with a background in Yoga and Ayurveda (ancient science of healing), Preet believes in holistic wellness and applies massage as a corner stone of good health. All her wellness beliefs are based in natural healing. Preet uses the application of massage to promote good health physically, mentally and emotionally. She applies principles of Ayurveda and some meditations practices in the massage session to further the benefits for Relaxation and pain management. Her hobbies include dancing, cooking, hiking, reading and painting.

In 2009, Brittany Williams achieved her lifelong desire by graduating from Academy for Massage Therapy Training in San Antonio. With over eight years’ experience, Brittany has mastered Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone therapy, and lymphatic modalities and continues to pursue new techniques to help her clients. She is currently working to obtain her massage therapy instructor's license with hopes of sharing her knowledge.
