Catering & Events Director
Allyson Brown
Allyson Brown has a wealth of experience and knowledge about catering and events that she cheerfully uses to Royal Oaks Country Club's benefit. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. In 2008, while in college, she started working at Miramont Country Club in Bryan, Texas. She worked her way up to become the Director of Catering in 2012. Her professional passion is event planning, especially weddings. Her detail-orientated personality makes her a perfect fit for Royal Oaks Country Club. Allyson has two sons, Daniel and Grayson, and loves spending time with them outdoors. She also loves to play poker, watch football, and sing karaoke.

Lauren Davis
Lauren Davis’s catering career started at Miramont Country Club in Bryan, TX shortly after she graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017. Throughout her college career, she obtained three different internships with event planning and has been passionate ever since. In her free time, Lauren loves exploring new restaurants with friends, taking her black lab, Bruce, to the dog park, and working out at Orangetheory. After growing up in Spring, Texas for 13 years, she is excited to return home to Houston and expand her knowledge of event planning at Royal Oaks.
